All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.

Orders typically take up to 3-4 business days to be processed. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Tracking My Order

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work, please visit usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

Store credit only. Items purchased from Bessie Rose are eligible for store credit within 7 days after purchase.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Returns

We will send you an email when your package is delivered back. Please note, returns do take up to 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our destination. Once your return is process and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

We are not responsible for shipping return labels.
